Tully Moss is the president of The Magellan Alliance. He brings a wealth of experience to his consulting, coaching, and leadership development work. For several years, he was a management consultant in New York City, most recently for Willis Towers Watson. As the axis of economic activity has shifted across the Pacific to Asia, so has much of Tully’s client base. In addition to his traditional research and advisory services, Tully has increasingly been involved in leadership development. Chief executive officers at his client companies have recognized that the pace and complexity of our world mandate that there be effective leaders at all levels of their organizations. Tully’s corporate education and leadership development services have been the cornerstone of their efforts to transform their organizations. To all of his work, Tully brings a depth of insights and an emphasis on what is practical, what is doable, what works.
Tully holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree from Williams College, where he graduated cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa.
Christian Gerwinat brings clients the insights that come from haing had extensive experience working in diverse international markets. He is currently based in Germany, but has also lived in the United States, Austria, Denmark, Turkey, and Sierra Leone. He is fluent in German and English and conversant in French and Danish.
From work experience that has also included a blend of engineering and insurance economics, Christian brings a solid grounding in the complex risk management issues confronting international corporations. This experience includes having been an engineer for Factory Mutual, an insurance specialist for Deutsche Industrie Versicherungsstelle GmbH, and a risk consultant for BT plc.
Christian holds degrees from the University of Cologne in mechanical engineering and insurance economics.
Carol Dominguez is the president of our affiliated firm in the Philippines, John Clements Consultants, Inc. This firm is the largest human resources consulting firm in the Philippines, and it has an extensive leadership development practice that has provided services across Southeast Asia. John Clements Consultants is partnered with Harvard Business Publishing, a subsidiary of Harvard Business School, in the provision of its leadership development services.
Carol holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Northwestern University and an Advanced Management Program degree from Harvard Business School. She previously was a global trade officer with Citibank, during which time she had postings in New York, London, and Milan.
